Gotcha ! And I knew I would.

SALADIN - you say ? Did you say his name?

He was known to those in Europe as A GREAT MAN !! He introduced Chivalry to the Knights of Europe: Behold: :

Saladin was a strict adherent of Sunni Islam and a mystical disciple of the Qadiri Sufi order.[5] His chivalrous behavior was noted by Christian chroniclers, especially in the accounts of the siege of Kerak in Moab, and despite being the nemesis of the Crusaders he won the respect of many of them, including Richard the Lionheart; rather than becoming a hated figure in Europe, he became a celebrated example of the principles of chivalry.

Don't be offended, ok? But Please Read and learn what happened when Richard the Lionheart became sick during battle. Read what happened when Richard lost his horse in a battle - The European Knights could not believe what Saladin did.

The Templars chose for their emblem a design showing two riders on a single horse.

Why would they do that?
