I'm guessing that Jeb is now NRO's new Mitt.
The good news about this is that they've apparently gotten the message that Moot Romney is unelectable.

"Chorus" = "several" NR contributors.
Nothing to see here.

I dropped my subscription to National Review when it became clear they promoted the east of the Hudson River GOP clique. They still occasionally print some very good and thoughtful stuff, but they always drift back to RINO country in the end.

I don’t think he’d ever get elected. Exactly what the Democrats would like to see. I’d be willing to bet they are pushing him to run. It would guarantee a Democrat, the great one, would win.

REAL CONSERVATIVES do not want another Bush in the White House
Run Jeb Bush...and Obama wins in a 57 State slaughter....
All this Jeb Bush talk means that they Liberal RINOs know that Romney, Gingrich, and any other liberal RINO will not win the primary....much less beat Obama.
Michelle Bachmann has the RINOs scared....

This is the funniest thing I’ve read all day. “Chorus” my foot. This is merely an attempt to set up a narrative that is doomed to failure.

What chorus? I don’t hear anyone singing his praises.
No more. We have had enough of one family in the WH.

So what?
In the Internet and Tea Party era, their opinion and inclinationss are worth no more than several plumbers, doctors or businessmen.
A chorus?
Not.

So, Jeb is the “flavor of the week” this week? Seems like every week or so a new “favorite” is put forward to challenge the likely front-runners (Palin, Romney).
