At the heart of the complaint to the court is the suspicion that Obama has engaged in Social Security fraud by using a number initially issued to another person.

When Soebarkah was trying to get an SSN, the computer print out short form was considered garbage. He had to have a legit BC to get a SSN. So he simply “found a number”.
So maybe that's why he used a dead persons SSN, and maybe had the name changed at SSA for that number at a later date.
Looks like it's photoshopped.
A search should be done for the original documents filed for that SSN, and the other person associated with that SSN.
If that Original name associated with that number lived in Connecticut, it’s obviously fraud.

That’s why Orly filed a FOIA with the SSA. They have stonewalled her. Which is why she is suing.
Identity theft, pure an simple. For American citizens that is a felony. However, according to at least one judge identity theft perpetrated by an illegal alien is not a serious crime.
I was just discussing this the other day. The men in black not only investigate every detail of the person's life but also his parents, siblings, spouse, kids, etc. There's no stone that's left unturned. The only exception to this rule seems to be The Won.

That's further proof (not that there was any question) that numbers are issued according to the person's residential state. The SS site shows Connecticut's numbers begin with 040 to 049.

Those 364 numbers were issued from Michigan. Just like the Connecticut number, he’s never lived in Michigan. It would be interesting to know the addresses those were sent to. Were they actual street addresses or PO boxes or Pakistani friends?
Just as with Abercrombie's coinky-dink rise to governor, I question the timing of the SS change. It's amazing how many tentacles there are reaching out to cya for this imposter.

The Administrator of the Social Security Administration is Michael J. Astrue. He was appointed by President George W. Bush in 2007 and is serving a six year term. Mr. Astrue’s political party affiliation is Republican.
Any information of Social Security fraud should be directed to him.
I wonder what kind of controls are in place to keep a number from being hijacked for fraud.
Senate committees need to start issuing subpoenas to find out what is going on at SSA, to see if they have done any scrubbing for Obama.
