A Facebook page called Massachusetts RINO Hunt is dedicated to the aggressive and immediate removal of all RINOs from the Republican Party of Massachusetts. The pages logo is a red, white and blue rhinoceros shaped like the GOP elephant in crosshairs.
Comments on the page include one follower saying, Cocked, Locked and Ready to Rock, and another spouting, Locked and Loaded!
The pages mission statement reads: Massachusetts is having a good ole fashioned RINO Hunt. Thats right! Conservatives of the Commonwealth are tired of having their Party defined by a bumbling herd of RINOs!
There is a posting targeting former Gov. Mitt Romney as the father of socialized health care, while another poster says the entire Mass GOP leadership is made up of RINOs, including Sen. Scott Brown and party chair Jennifer Nassour. Brown and Romney declined to comment. The state GOP also declined comment.

I just joined and sent it out to my friends and family that still live there.
I agree with you 100%, but trying to get it through to this crowd is impossible. President Reagan said, “My 80% friend is not my enemy,” but so-called real conservatives refuse to accept the Gipper’s leadership on this point. The best way to ensure that Leftists gain and hold power is to continue ripping the Republican Party to shreds. This why I’m convinced at least a percentage of self-professed real conservatives and tea party activists are actually Democrats.
Brown already has $7 million in his campaign account. Mostly from conservative supporters.
He has been very shrewd by appealing to Independents in MA.
Libs have no clear/strong opponent.
His ties to Scott Lively will be used against him, quite rightly. But he will probably win.
I just don't see lightning striking twice, but time will tell...
Agreed. The Democrats don’t have the Ted Kennedy magic any more. Brown needs to appeal to the Independents. There are barely enough GOP voters to fill a phone booth in MA. We keep asking why he votes as he does. The state’s demographics are very different from the South.
Well we got the worthless pantywaist Charlie Baker in the last election. Much like Thomas Dewey, he didn’t want to make waves, didn’t associate himself with the tea party or the movement of the country and lost. I didn’t vote for him. Left the office blank. I’m not voting for Brown again either.
agree...also stupid.....in Mass no less.
You betcha! :-)
The hallmark of Massachusetts used to be 10-child families with God-fearing Puritan parents.
But great civilizations don’t just die — they commit suicide.
“Smart” but selfish adults abort themselves into obscurity.
You gotta be kidding! Haven't read very many posts then.
See, now that's the problem.
Weak sisters like Collins? McCain? Can't think of the other usual 'weak sisters' at the moment.
Can't think of any time they have gone with their party on crucial votes.
Sorry but that's laughable.
If it's laughable, tell it to former President Ronald W. Reagan, whose 100th birthday we are now celebrating. Reagan said the following in 1972:
The person who agrees with you 80 percent of the time is a friend and an ally not a 20 percent traitor.
On a 1972 CBS radio program, Reagan's then gubernatorial chief of staff verified that the governor said it while chastising his staff for canceling an opponent's meeting with him.
Well I don’t happen to agree with him or anyone else.
Look where we are today.
Good luck to him without the Obamacare boogeyman. If he thinks reaching out to the gay community will work,he better give Charlie Baker and Richard Tisei a call!
