Actually, the reverse is true. Palin has LOTS in common with the elder Ron Reagan, but the younger Ron Reagan has very little in common with him.

Good point. His only claim to fame is that he happens to be related to someone of note while Palin’s attention comes from things that she has done herself. This is probably part of why he doesn’t like her. Lesser people are so envious of greater ones and he knows he hasn’t accomplished anything on his own and lives in his dad’s shadow.

She's doing mostly what she does to make money and keep her name in the news," Reagan says. Reagan thinks irony is a metal like goldy or silvery.

"Sarah Palin is a soap opera, basically. She's doing mostly what she does to make money and keep her name in the news"First thing he's ever said that I agree with. Stopped clock and all that.

I saw that on “You Tube” awhile back. I mentioned it on “Free Republic” a couple 2 or 3 times and never got a reply, which was strange! You’re the first one, besides me, who has even brought it up! I could be wrong, though; other people might have noticed it on “You Tube”, and brought it up on here. I just haven’t seen it until now, in your post!

I didn’t see it on YouTube, but you don’t have to be brilliant to make the connection.
It’s just sad that Dutch has such an embarrassment for a son.
