I refuse to give credence to the idea that genetic makeup or skin color contributes to the disproportionate rates.

I believe, as was the case with Planned Parenthood / Margaret Sanger, that it was intentional on the part of the left to target the black community.

So, it was “race related”, but due to actual, real racism on the part of leftists, and not to a tendency of any “race” toward depravity.

I never made the argument you are dismantling, and, in fact agree that it was intentional on the part of the left - not to “target” the Black community - but to ‘provide’ the most for those with the most need.

As if a Dr. went to treat the sickest, and his ‘treatment’ just extended and passed on the disease. Those communities that ‘needed’ the most ‘treatment’ at the beginning continued to ‘need’ it more and more as they get sicker and sicker under the regimen that is supposed to alleviate the symptoms, but NEVER cure the disease.

As Reagan said, (paraphrase) “Liberals do not measure success in how many FEWER each year need their help, but in how many MORE they can sign on.”

I.e. the more socialism you enact, the more and more socialism is ‘needed’.
