Sure, just what you would say if Bush was in office.

This is just incredible. A U.S. Senator calling for the abandonment of law. We have seen the enemy, and it is our own.

Obama’s White House has exactly two options:
Comply with the ruling. This means that any and all activity authorized or mandated by the Statute cease now.
File an appeal and ask for a stay pending its hearing. If said stay is granted, then the ruling is held pending consideration.
That’s it.
Anything in between is either sedition or treason.

Is he that stupid? He voted to pass this monstrosity, the court rules the entire bill is unconstitutional and he says ignore the court? He should be impeached or recalled or whatever the recourse is for a Senator to be removed. Obama should be IMPEACHED also - write your Congresscritters, up there in the District of Corruption.
If this is lost in SCOTUS, then we are truly truly done as a nation. Just imagine what the Feds can force you to purchase from the private sector.

It is our lawful duty as Americans to obey the laws concerning the nullification of Obamacare in its ENTIRETY.
It is our patriotic duty to also remind all our local elected officials that they would be breaking laws if their observed any portion of Obamacare.
In regards to the highest elected official in America, well apparently he is above the law.
Obamacare is a nasty foul spitting tomcat marking its territory, we need to neuter it.

Durbin is a cartoon. Class “A” A$$hat.
If he wasn’t so irrelevant I would just be mildly annoyed at the comment. As it stands he is just a fart in a typhoon.

There is a reason for separation of powers.
Durbin is the example.
He and ObamaCare are flagrant violations of constitutional law.

The Democrats don’t see the Constitution as something that needs to be followed.
They showed us this week how much respect they have for it!

Durbin and the rest of the fascist crowd just can't believe that they won't be back in power in two years. They can't comprehend that this country will turn their backs on democrat fascists for very long because they've done everything they've wanted to for the past fifty years.
Fascists think that they have the right to rule and that things like this court ruling are only temporary because sooner or later they'll appoint “better” judges and have the majority in both the House and the Senate again.
Everyone who voted for Barry better realize that they may well have made it impossible to return to democratic form of government without violence since Barry already appointed two SC Justices. All you “Independents” who are really democrat faithful that want to be able to deny that you're democrat, pat yourselves on you back. You conservative folk who sat out the election because, “they're all the same”, join in and give yourselves a hearty pat on the back for a job well done.

The Dims said they had to pass the bill in order to find out what was in it. Apparently they don't really care what's in it. They see the bill as carte blanch to do whatever they please as every human action can be related to health.
