Ask me if I will comply with the Death Care Mandate?
Upon being hauled into COurt I will defend myself on two issues:
1) The Death Care Law is unconstitional as adjudged by the Virginia and Florida Federal District Courts.
2) The “president” was unqualified under Article II of the Constitution to sign the death care bill into law.
A few million of us will do that.
And Dick Durbin will be placed securely on the trash heap of history, and not on the top of it either.
Who needs the courts to decide costitutionality. They are not the sole arbiters of the constitutionality of any law.
I have decided the Death Care law is unconsitutional for several reasosn, one of which is that it was signed into law by a president unqualified to do that, pursuant to article II.
I have many other reasons as well, one of which is that it was voted without having been read by those who voted in Congress.
I decided long ago it was unconstitutional both in content and in process..And will act accordingly.I encourage all Americans to do so in civil disobedience.
If the law is deemed unconstitutional, and he attempts to enforce it anyway - perhaps it could be grounds for impeachment. This is one that needs to be watched closely.
“enforce”??? Enforce??
unbelievable...
