He was an absolute bastard before the Navy. He was a prick at the Naval Acadamy, and in his early years of training for the Navy he was also a prick.
Then when he exists the Navy, withing a year or two he’s in Congress. And since that time, he has revealed himself to be one gigantic SOB prick.
It just makes you wonder what his service years were really like. How does a prick like this avoid being a prick? Is it even possible?
