A professor teaching astronomy should be considerably more knowledgeable than this one. He is simply ignorant of the way in which the solar system works.

There is universal agreement among scientists.

Universal? 100%. Maybe even 200%. He should be fired just for making that statement. And, by the way, this is an astronomy class. Poly Sci 101 is down the hall.

Well, if this is just the professor doing his job, then the University must be very proud. Maybe they will support a promotional video for the University using this video of this professor. It should be e-mailed to every student, every parent and every alumni. This will help promote the University, right?

The best thing a teacher can do is train his students how to think critically.

Instead our classrooms are groupthink incubators turning out intellectual clones.

On the positive side, they do tend to strengthen the occasional independent thinker.

Paying this braying ass 6 figures for the rest of his useless and unnatural life is what "investment in education" means.

Today is a good day to die.
I didn't say for whom.

“There is universal agreement among scientists.”

What a liar and a fraud.

In an astronomy class?

This reminds me of the 'English teacher' whose classes were reading newspaper clippings of lynchings. Yes... they were written in English, but...

Professor Tells Conservative Students in Class: 'Blood Will Be On Your Hands'

The students that he directed this to should have told him "Of course there will be blood on my hands....considering I work myself to the bone for this country..."
