Finally someone is talking seriously about the 2012 campaign.

.
Meme2012: ‘Racists throwing black family out of their home’.
If need be, Michelle will have another baby to secure the vote.
.

Yes, the election will be on a very low, stupid level.

Why do we allow the Communists to create our games and write the rules?

The race game we play every year:

Liberals and Democrats make explicit appeals to racial, ethnic and gender grievances to fire up their base. This always has the effect of boosting minority turnout.

Meanwhile, conservatives insist on colorblindness and refuse as a matter of principle to fire up their own base in the same way.

In almost every election, they win the White vote by somewhere in the neighborhood of 52 to 55 percent. Conservatives intentionally depress their own turnout while letting Democrats get away with their hypocritical double standard of preaching “post-racialism” while turning around and making racial appeals to their own base.

The jig will be up when changing demographics (which is caused by the immigration that RINOs like Jeb Bush and Newt Gingrich support) create a situation where conservatives have to win 60 percent of the White vote or more to stay competitive with Democrats.

The double standard of allowing Democrats to fire up their base with racial grievances while “turning the other cheek” with your own base cannot continue indefinitely.

It is a mathematical certainty.

Excellent question.

The only thing I can think of is that too many people on the right-—in DC, especially-—buy into the lefty charge that we are “morally inferior” or at least insensitive while the lefties are the truly moral ones.

In DC, where everything is liberal-controlled and there is a constant lefty slant to everything, including the social life, I can see social pressure affecting the thought process of all but the strongest conservatives(ex: Jim DeMint). So a tendency has grown up to go on the defensive and allow the left to define us and, as you say, write the rules.

We all need to grow a bigger pair, DC “conservatives” in particular.

One thing to bear in mind about the Democrats:

As long as they keep up their policies that cause high unemployment and low or no growth through their economy and job-killing legislation like Obamacare and energy taxes, there won’t be much of a motive for border jumping.

I don’t know about anywhere else but around here, with 12% unemployment, even LEGAL Mexicans are going back home in significant numbers.

It's not just Obama demagoging the issue. Over the decades, I've heard numerous comments from fellow white friends who feel injustice has been done to them because someone else had a dollar more than they had. Even though these same people had more dough than I had at the time. Naturally, they're all Democrats and think fondly of socialism.

It's indemic of many members of the human race to resent the fact that some people have more than they do. It's not just a black problem. It's an all colors of the human race problem.

I don’t think Zer0 in the WH and the GOP running Congress is all that much to be thankful for, personally.

But it IS definitely a step up from what we had for two years.

I think they’re just losing interest. If you put them up against the wall, most would still support him and the ‘Rats but so many of them have no attention span whatsoever.

It’s just one school but my grandson’s football buddies seem to agree pretty much that 0 is a jerk and really don’t want to hear about him. If he comes on the tube, they jeer him.

But, then, they are athletic kids from the suburbs and not hoods or dopers from the city so I’m not basing any conclusions on what they do or say.
