It isn’t just about being eligible, it’s about being able to PROVE it. If you can’t prove it then NO, YOU CAN’T BE PRESIDENT.

if a home birth is attended by a mid-wife and the mid-wife signs a sworn statement attesting to the birth then the child can be issued a certified birth certificate. A certificate that can be used to prove citizenship. Of course it is still requires that both parents be U.S. citizens. I believe that a mid-wife statement is allowed in all states. Unless obama was born to parents that were U.S. citizens , he is not ,nor ever can be the President of the United States. This is precisely the reason he will fight to make sure no one ever gets a copy of his birth records( if he was even born in Hawaii)
