It’s a sad day when we can depend upon the “National Enquirer” to break a news story, that a major network will refuse to cover.

If I recall correctly, the Washington Post and Newsweek magazine had the Monica Lewinsky story for months, but, they sat on that story. They didn’t want to publish it.

As I recall, Drudge had the story, and decided to report it. Then once in the public domain, the story dominated the news. But, who knows how much other selective reporting has been done in the past by liberal outlets. Clearly the liberals at the Post and Newsweek didn’t want to go with a story which would hurt Bill Clinton, so they sat on it.

In the internet age, it’s getting harder to just sit on a story and shape the news by not reporting certain things.

It wouldn’t be the first time the Enquirer broke a story the MSM ignored.
