I was thinking the same thing. How do you promote abstinence when getting preggers has rewarded you with DWTS, a radio job and a house.

It would have been a plus had she asked for travel expenses only and went and talked.

They probably would have tossed pies at her anyway.

Oh, good grief. For the love of God, anyone with two functioning brain cells to rub together knows that Bristol is a rare exception to the rule of what kind of life single teenage moms are relegated to. It means missing out on the social life they would have had, having to go to work at a low-paying job (if they are lucky enough to even find one in this ObamEconomy) and forgetting about or postponing a college education.
