Search warrants can be sealed but are usually available depending on the state. I see no legitimate reason to seal this one as the suspicion and investigation is out in the public and it does not pertain to a minor, but then again its lalala Hawaii...
the big point being if they got a search warrant they had to have probable cause that a crime had been committed and filed a sworn affidavit to a judge outlining the particulars and describing what they were desiring to search for and where..interesting but doubtful
