That's the reading I was getting after the SOTU address. When a mixed group was being asked about their reaction to the speech, quite of few of them expressed distrust. Basically, it didn't matter what he said, because he didn't deliver on what he'd promised in his campaign and they didn't believe he'd deliver on anything he promised now. He's lost a lot of good will and credibility, and I'm seeing more and more people speaking up about it and making him the butt of jokes.

Its hard to understand why his poll numbers aren't lower.
with all the financial challenges we have his solution is high speed rail. It is so absurd that is seems like an intentionally push to see what they can get away with.
