Ya know I was thinking....Winston Churchill’s mother was a natural born American… …of course his father was a Brit. and Winny was born in....Hawaii...yeah that’s the ticket Hawaii....now that means that the British Bulldog was really and American Pit Bull...and believe you me he would have made a better POTUS than socialist FDR any friggin’ day. And his superiority over our current POSOTUS is too huge to make an intelligent comparison.

I'm sticking with my description of the con. I'm glad you aren't up on con techniques, that's good. But for various reasons -- I am. What crystallized the two-step con for me were two recent things, one a recollection of a perfected con that cost a friend of mine -- who was used as the dupe in it -- his law license. The story of that con is retold here.
The sharpies in that one had a goal, but there was a legal impediment to that goal. They were missing one key piece. Or rather, that key piece was no going to allow the deal to go through. So they set up a distraction con. One that was risky, but they got away with it.
And then, in that same period of a few days, we have the clockers on the Obama team spinning up this new legend of "the father's foreign citizenship was never an issue before the election. Never. Period." They want to poison the issue of the father's foreign citizenship as a desperation toss, brought up too late, and that it's just racist reactionary desperation.
Why the new spin?
Simple, given the con model I proposed in the earlier post. The distraction part of the con is to keep the focus on where Obama was born!
Even if they come up with a birth certificate all of the sudden after paying millions to keep it hidden for a couple of years it will not mean Obama is eligible to be our president. His father was never a United States citizen. That means Obama was a dual citizen at birth. So Obama is not and never was a natural born citizen. It doesn’t matter if he was born on the desk in the oval office. He is not a natural born citizen. He is a usurper. Obama supporters can come up with all the childish names like “birther” that they want to. I am not afraid of name calling. Ridicule has been effective in keeping people from questioning Obama’s lack of legal eligibility to be president. Even some people that say things like “When they come for my guns I will give them my bullets” are afraid to be called a name like birther. So it is possible to be brave enough to put your life on the line to defend your liberty but avoiding name calling is more important than standing up for those same freedoms.
It was hard for people Americans to go to Pakistan, not impossible. But it was not easy at all.

It’s definitely true that I’m naive about the ways of crooks, although dealing with the HDOH has brought me up to speed on a lot. lol and sigh. You have insight that I don’t and I can only respect your opinion because of that. You could very well be right.
I do know that if it is a con it involves the cooperation of multiple state and federal agencies as well, which is what concerns me most. The rule of law must never be trampled - not even to support a con by the most powerful people in our land. That’s what my research and interest in the eligibility bills is all about - government accountability and the rule of law.
I do believe, though, that regardless of what distractions they make, their very expensive con is not going to work because the state eligibility bills that are likely to get passed are based on the “2 citizen parent and born in America” definition of NBC - which means that SCOTUS will have to rule on that, and Obama will eventually have to be evaluated according to what they rule.
So ultimately the only con that matters is what they can pull over on SCOTUS, or the ways that they can manipulate SCOTUS into doing their will. The state eligibility bills can provide transparency so that the courts will at least be accountable to facts.
I suspect — just speculating — that Obama and Team Obama know already that his Hawaiian records state that he was born in Hawaii. I also suspect — and this is because it is an art of con to use a technique like this — that the birth records, although minimal and maybe just a related person’s claim that Obama was born in Hawaii — have some embarrassing aspect or fact in them.
The art of the con play is then that the Hawaiian officials would be told, “Look, friend, this record is embarrassing, you can see that. We’d very much appreciate if you could keep it sealed, or whatever you can do to keep it from the public. We hope you can see how obvious it is why we’d want that done, right? Can you help us?”
Of course the good official would help! It’s not even criminal or conspiratorial motive on their part.
A masterful con.
If indeed Obama is shown to be ineligible, the recriminations thru the political and media complex will be both large and painful. I can see drive by media headquarters being mobbed. The democrat party will be sent to the ash heap of history. And in the melée, I think that if Obama is gone, the next to blame and hold accountable is George Soros.
Any one who approved the electoral college certificates of assertainment in the house of representatives will have no deniability. This issues was right up front in 2008-09 when the ec was meeting and when the house counted the votes. Additionally, the electors in the states are criminally implicated as well. Electors can vote for whoever they choose, and are not bound by the will of voters. In my opinion, voting for an ineligible person on the presidential electoral college ballot is a crime. There is a reason why the ec was set up for electors to vote and not just have a numerical value awarded for winning each state. The electors were supposed to be the republic’s line of defense against unlawful candidates.

so you think it’s a great idea for obama to show a birth certificate? That birth certificate has to show that obama was born to parents that were both U.S. citizens. If he now comes out with a new certificate showing that obama sr. was not his father, why should we trust him? If he faked his first birth “birth certificate, why should we believe that the second one is real? obama will do everything possible to block such a release. He knows that he is not eligible to be President. The official definition for Natural Born citizen is CHILDREN OF CITIZENS SHALL BE CONSIDERED NATURAL BORN. This Article 2 requirement means both parents must be U.S. citizens. It does not matter whether he was born in Hawaii ( highly unlikely) or Kenya(99% chance) he is ineligible to be the President.

I believe this is the least of his problems,do not get me wrong there is something not right about the slim shady way he has not been willing to divulge all docs. Here this though, this guy is so crooked and his administration that I believe once the republicans in the house start having some hearings on all the scandalist crap that has been going on under Pelosi and Reids watch that they were unwilling to have hearings on, there will be alot of incriminating stuff coming up and hopefully it will reach all the way to this clown. This guy is an absolute joke, who is destroying are country.

Why did the President and Others FIGHT the Birth Certificate being Shown at All. Is it a Birth Cretificate of a Certificate of Birth Isued by the Health Department? A Certificate of Birth was at one Time Different from a Birth Certificate. Has that Changed? The Health Department Certificate only means that a Person was Certified by the Health Department as having a Birth Certificate Issued Somewhere. Has this Changed?
We will Never know.
I do Not Understand WHY a Birth Certificate is a Problem for Anyone who is True American Born.
Why is this Question out there?
Because the President and his Advisors have Refused to Show the Birth Certificate. Just more Politics.
