So now we have two recorded reports, separated by a period of time, that clearly indicate the nugget that Evans was reporting on was that he had had a conversation with Abercrombie about the Obama BC and he could report that Abercrombie could not find a birth certificate on Obama. Notice how he pauses, for effect, just before he drops the bombshell. After making these two separate reports that are basically the same, Evans now wants us to believe that he confused his accounts, at least twice, with the Tim Adams affidavit. However, notice that his statements are also full of additional detail of his commiserations with Abercrombie about the impact of no BC. Actually, Bill Clinton's denial that he did not have sexual relations that women, Monica Lewinsky, was more believable than Evans denial. Anyone with half a brain and ears to hear knows that Evans had the conversation with Abercrombie and now his denials constitute a criminal cover up of the fraud. He is now part of the criminal conspiracy.

Yes, even Bill's "it depends what the meaning of "is" is," is more believable. But I am not sure Evans has committed a crime. He wasn't under oath. People are allowed to "take back" what they say. It doesn't actually work, ever, but they can do it.

He seems like a straight-shooter normally. I think lying doesn’t come easy for him.

I think he was probably given the same kind of ultimatum as the media personalities were given by Soros, Rahm, and Axelrod. Notice that the media folks have enough money to pay for bodyguards and such but yet none of them would open their mouths about the subject either.

I think that kind of “communicating” is the only thing that folks like Axelrod do well.

It deserves an investigation. This is a matter of federal jurisdiction especially since court cases are still pending. Deception on this is a crime. I suspect if there was an investigation it would be Abercrombie and the Obama machine who would be found guilty and Evans would be found practicing self-defense.

Not that anybody would actually investigate it or anything.
