Even then, there’s a way around it. Probably no recordings. All in all this sounds like an attempt to cover governor’s flanks. Discussing private medical info acquired because of his power as governor, must be a crime.
He talks about “talking at the office”, but now he claims he just left a message saying who he was and asking for a return call, IIRC.
