Celebrity journalist Mike Evans told Minnesota's KQRS radio last week that his friend, Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie, has been unable to find President Barack Obama's birth certificate despite an intensive search.
A group of conspiracy theorists known as "birthers" have long claimed that Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the presidency because he was actually born in Kenya. Abercrombie, an old friend of Obama's family, made headlines last month when he announced that he was trying to figure out how he could release more explicit documentation of the president's birth in order to permanently defuse the issue before the 2012 elections. He quickly abandoned his search, however, due to state laws that prevent private documents from being revealed.

misspoke ? looks like he made up a conversation with abercrombie out of whole cloth.
I read his retraction and his explanation doesn’t even come close to explaining the conversation he had with KQRS
Democrats regard Obama as some sort of hero, and all he has to do is give silly speeches reading a teleprompter, as he flies around the world on a Sputnik magic moment.
Thanks for posting this!
It says BOTH parents have to be citizens of the US. Obama Sr.definitely wasn't. Seems pretty cut and dry. Whatever officials in the dim party that put the usurper up for election need to be brought up on charges.
The poodoo can’t hit the fan soon enough.
Evans can deny all he wants but with the audio, the transcript, and access to both, everyone clearly can hear and read that Evans said that he spoke to the office of Abercrombie. From the transcript Evans said, "Yesterday talking in Neal's office, Neal says that he searched everywhere using his power as governor, (pause), at the Kapiolani Womens and Childrens Hospital and Queens Hospital,(pause) the only place that kids were born in Hawaii back when Barack was born,(pause), THERE IS NO BARACK OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE IN HAWAII"!
Second Speaker: Really?
I don’t think he made up the conversation with Abercrombie. It flows too naturally, w/o breaks or hesitations; he did not have to think about what his story was.
Today’s retraction is the fabrication.
it seemed that way to me too. I wonder if there are transcripts from any of the other interviews he had that day?
course is it worth the effort ?
If there are taped interviews, and I am not messed up with this head cold, I’m willing to try the transcription.
I want him out!
