Oh don’t discount that possibility.I can just imagine a bipartisan effort to pass a special law for his benefit.I can even imagine John McCain as the one suggesting it.
Not if the states pass their own legislation requiring the birth certificate be presented in order to qualify. Arizona has a bill pending (unless it’s already been signed, others are following). That’s why I believe he’ll be a one termer more than any other reason.
Imagine though, if Obama is proven to be ineligible while in office, the Presidency would go to the 2nd choice, McCain and VP Palin. All legislation he signed would be null and void, as well as all his committee and czar appointments.
