Not if the states pass their own legislation requiring the birth certificate be presented in order to qualify. Arizona has a bill pending (unless it’s already been signed, others are following). That’s why I believe he’ll be a one termer more than any other reason.

Imagine though, if Obama is proven to be ineligible while in office, the Presidency would go to the 2nd choice, McCain and VP Palin. All legislation he signed would be null and void, as well as all his committee and czar appointments.

Second choice McCain and Palin? Are you saying they would take office then? Interesting but I’m not sure if things are set up that way...more likely clueless joe would preside until a special election or just wait for next election...

That's not how it would go down. If he is exposed as ineligible while in office, the only remedy would be impeachment, and that would be need two thirds of the 'Rat-controlled Senate. The courts don't get a say in the matter. Congress has the sole power.

If Congress were to remove him, Joe Biden would be his successor, and Biden would get to appoint his VP. I would suggest he pick Neil Abercrombie as the best bet to continue the tradition he has established for the VP office.
