Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr....

No, no, no; it’s not Racism that invalidates their witness — It’s Social Darwinism.
You see, being from Africa, they could not understand that the airplane they had boarded had taken them away from their native Africa to Hawaii to witness the miraculous birth of Obama.

and he has the nuclear codes and control "football" with him.
So, what you are saying is 0bama and the other Kenya-birth deniers are now the Colonialists looking down their noses at the long-oppressed African tribals!?!
I'm not 100 percent convinced that this information, if accurate, would enable one to conclude Obama is not a naturalized U.S. citizen.
But I will say this information, if accurate, is enough to make a reasonable assertion that there is no proof that Barack Obama is a naturalized U.S. citizen, as I believe the Constitution requires.
And that, by itself, is enough to warrant an official investigation.
If he is naturalized that in itself is proof that he isn’t a natural born citizen.
“reasonable assertion that there is no proof that Barack Obama is a naturalized U.S. citizen, as I believe the Constitution requires.”
A NATURALIZED citizen does not qualify for POTUS.
One has to be NATIVE BORN.
Naturalized is for foreigners who become citizens.
“If I could have one wish granted now it would be that my dad could come back to witness this st!!”
I’ve often had the same thought about my dad. Not so sure I’d want him seeing what has happened to our country.
“Not sure how he can swear to the non-existence of a document.”
Yes, that would be like trying to prove a negative.
Depends..... Are they clean, and articulate?
I can't determine if this means the person who is the current president doesn't have any birth certificate at all in Hawaii or if it means the person who is the current president doesn't have a birth certificate with the name Barack Obama Jr. on it in Hawaii.
I have to mention Hillbuzz here, who has gotten a lot of dicussion and link-ups on his thread about the different name theory.
Just a semantic question for curiosity's sake.
thanks — both correct, I should have said “natural born citizen”
a little too late for me to be up
Don't hold your breath Rush and other conservative talk show types have have shown no stomach where this issue is concerned. Won't go there ...
They all, including Beck, think birthers are stupid. Either that or they’re jobs are to make millions while fooling their listeners.
Adams told WND he supported Hillary Clinton during the 2008 presidential election campaign. He described himself as a libertarian who wants less government spending, fewer laws that restrict personal freedoms, more adherences to the Constitution and an end to foreign wars. "I'm interested in individual liberty and upholding the Constitution," he said.
Mr. Adams, you should know Hillary Clinton would not deliver on a single one of your ideals.
Good point, you can’t prove a negative.
You can say however that it’s not where it’s supposed to be... :)
The Constitution says “natural born citizen” - not “native born citizen”. They might be the same thing, or they might not.
This is not news. Nobody ever thought he had a Hawaiian Birth certificate.
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Messiahs don’t have no steenkin’ birth certificates.
