It is just part of the recombobulation of the election in 2010. For the past 3 months Washington DC has undergone shock therapy. They have spent the time well. The Lame Duck included. Trying to pretend the election and repudiation did not occur. It was all just a little hiccup by the ill informed voters. Now they are ready to get back to business as usual.
