The fact that a person known to be guilty beyond the shadow of a doubt is allowed to plead not guilty mocks all Americans and our legal system.

That’s one of those things I never have understood - commit a crime in front of several witnesses, or even get caught on clear video... then get taken down/arrested while IN the act...

And scumbags still plead “not guilty”... And watch the trial run for YEARS...justice delayed...or worse.

He can plead anything he wants - that it will take months to go through the motions of the trial is where the mockery comes in.
