Not if there was a bill requiring that the embedded transaction logs be disclosed as well. That would show up both a forgery (if there is no BC as Abercrombie told his good friend) and/or amendments or manipulations (as the HDOH has indirectly confirmed for Obama’s birth certificate).
And if CITIZENSHIP RECORDS are required as well as birth records (including embedded transaction logs) then the tampering with Obama’s passport file in early 2008 will have to be aired publicly as well, so it can be known whether the information there has been manipulated.
Right now is when we need to be insisting that our state legislators pass such a bill. It’s not the time to be Eeyore; it’s time to actually DO something about the lawlessness.
I guarantee you that if just one state passed a bill like the one suggested at http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2011/01/14/please-encourage-your-state-to-pass-this-bill/ it would send shock waves to all our elected officials. Not just because of the implications for Obama, but also because it models a way that the people can actually have the ability to hold government accountable to the rule of law - unelected bureaucrats AND elected officials BETWEEN ELECTIONS.
I suspect that the reason Abercrombie has gone off the rails is because he originally planned to prepare the public to be shown a computer image of a forged long-form for Obama, in the hopes of state legislators concluding that they didn’t need to pass an eligibility bill. But when he realized that we would be asking legislators to pass a bill that would require the transaction logs to be disclosed in order to audit the lawfulness of the required documentation, he realized he could actually be held accountable to the rule of law.
Big-time backtracking to try to undo all the stuff he glibly did when he thought we could never catch him.
IOW, this issue - that people have so ridiculed or thought to be a pro-Obama tactic - may be the one issue that actually gets the crooks in government and media to be accountable to the law. It may be the one thing that allows the PEOPLE to monitor the lawfulness of politicians’ actions rather than their cronies in Congress.
This is about much, much more than just Obama. This bill is about accountability to the people and the rule of law - which doesn’t exist now. Rather than becoming cynical we need to DO something about it right now, because right now we can make a HUGE impact.
PLEASE send a copy of the proposed bill at http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/final-short-form-eligibility-bill1.pdf to your state legislator(s) and ask them to introduce that bill. It takes little time and can accomplish what no amount of online complaining can.
