My eye is nervously looking at my watch, as deadlines for state eligibility bills to be introduced get closer. Without a legal avenue for this to “stick” it will just be ignored, I fear.
I got a note back from my St. Senator’s chief of staff saying that it was indeed common sense and they would be considering the legislation! Just got that today. (Oregon)
