I asked HDOH Communications Director Okubo and OIP Director Takase directly if they would report a known forgery to law enforcement.
Takase said maybe but she didn’t know of any forgeries (this was right after I pointed out to her that the HDOH had indirectly confirmed that Factcheck was a forgery).
And Okubo said she can’t reveal ANYTHING about a BC. Which I understand to mean not even to law enforcement, since that was the question she was answering.

I tried to find the court case that said - Government officials CAN NOT remain silent if that silence creates an incorrect impression.
Obviously, Hawaii officials feel they can get away with playing this game. They need to go read the list of convictions in Watergate. The small players are the ones that get the jail time.
What bothers me most about all this is the lawlessness at all levels of government, media, law enforcement, and the courts. If it was just Obama we could wait it out and try to mitigate the damage, but it’s the whole system that is rotten to the core right now. This nation can’t heal as long as that gangrene spreads unhindered.
