Right, and I was asking her about whether she would tell law enforcement if somebody was using what she knew was a forgery. And as I understand it, somebody who knows a felony is being committed and fails to report it may be guilty of misprision of felony. Her response seemed to me to be saying that by reporting that something was a forgery she would be revealing something about the genuine BC (if there is one) because it reveals that it’s NOT exactly what the forgery has.

The legal status of the BC is also supposed to be public, since anybody is supposed to be able to receive a non-certified copy of somebody’s COLB. But the HDOH said they couldn’t reveal index data from a certain index such as the Delayed Birth Certificate Index (which is an indext that exists; they have it listed as one of the indices they are supposed to check, in the “For Office Use Only” portion of their BC copy request form), COHB, Pending, etc. They don’t want to reveal the legal status of the BC, which is supposed to be public information.

As it stands, we have no idea what all records they include in their general birth index. We have no way of knowing whether a name that shows up in the index is because there is a legally-valid BC, or whether it’s just a note on a kleenex saying “Obama was born here” (like the cartoons people post here and my kids and I laugh our fool heads off over. lol)

This interview was done on Jan 20th? Am I understanding that correctly?

I haven’t checked lately but I think Miss Tickly is pressuring to get answers as to what was going on with that letter to Kapiolani that Abercrombie supposedly delivered to Kapiolani.

I’m wondering if there’s a double pinch going on here with Abercrombie: he has the pressure of knowing that a state may require the BC and possibly the transaction logs which would reveal forgery or tampering.... and the pressure of knowing that his monkey business on claiming that Obama was born at Kapiolani, that he saw BHO and Ann with the baby at social functions, etc could bite him in the rear.

This might be causing him to slip.

He wouldn’t have seen either thing coming when he first came out swinging at “birthers”. Then bam! He got hit from both sides. lol

If this is a true statement, does this not prove that someone forged the internet versions of the COLB?

I want people to start questioning why all his personal records are sealed, and get us away from the "birther conspiracy". There has to be a very devious reason why we have the leader of USA never being asked to show his college records. How about the acquaintance of Barry's that Levin had on about a year ago the claimed the Kenyan was just a lecturer - not a PROFESSOR? I want to know why everything is sealed, and then the media cannot call me a "birther" (although I am one)

Probably so. But Abercrombie has made some other definitive statements about seeing BO Sr. and newborn Jr. that don't seem to match up too well to the timeline.

And now we have Gov. Abercrombies fruitless search.

I tend to agree with Rush on the part about Abercrombie not acting on his own without either the permission or maybe even the command of Obama and Obama’s handlers.

This initial boast of Abercrombie’s came out on Dec 26 IIRC. When were Obama’s in Hawaii?

My gut thinks they initially intended to prime the public to see a forged birth certificate, maybe online, in order to try to convince various state legislators to drop the documentation requirement. And then they decided they better not go through with it - possibly because they realized a state could ask for the transaction log for the records, which would expose a forgery and land them in jail for it.
