In the original story where Abercrombie came out swinging his fists at these crazy “birthers” who were dishonoring the memory of his great friend BHO Sr, Abercrombie himself claimed that he saw BHO and Ann with the baby in social settings.
Either he lied then or he’s lying about being a true believer. The stories don’t match. Just like his “reading” on tape of Obama’s letter to Kapiolani Hospital didn’t match the letter that actually showed up. And just like his statement to the newspaper saying there’s something written in the archives doesn’t match this new thing he told his friend OR what Fukino claimed.
Nothing matches. If this was an NCIS episode it would already have been solved; in real life we can’t even get a nibble by the media, much less a legal investigation by somebody with authority to get to the bottom of it.
I can’t help but wonder if Abercrombie is trying to cover his own behind about what he knew all along, realizing that if Obama is required to submit his BC and a forgery won’t work, the story will all come unspun and he will be smack-dab in the middle of a criminal investigation right before being smack-dab in the middle of a jail cell.
