I don’t want to be a wet blanket but I read the Appellate Court opinion. It could easily be reversed by the Illinois Supreme Court. It’s not so cut-and-dried as we would wish.

But the opinion does officially “taint” his campaign and has unquestionably damaged it.

The Illinois Supreme Court is not controlled by Crook County, fortunately. It has judges (justices?) on it from conservative counties around the state.

The war isn't over yet, of course. But the tide of the battlefield has reversed for now.

The strategery of Barack ("Together We Thrive") Obama and Rahm ("Together We Connive") Emanuel ain't working out according to plan for either of them at the moment.

I'm eagerly awaiting and confident of an unqualified victory in this battle.

However, the ultimate victory may be won by Mayor Carol Mostly Fraud.
