Latest: Perp Lacy is still in the house. Initial attempt to try and get to Lacy, the marshall and officer were shot. The rescue unit in 2nd wave was shot and killed. So, the K-9 cop was the 2nd wave and was killed.

Three people to deal with a convicted felon? They needed to start out w/swat, not end with it. Not enough manpower to begin with. They moved to Bayfront Med Center to avoid possibility an escalating situation in S. St. Pete. St. Pete had riots across from my office bldg in the nineties. Mostly people who had to leave their homes early were in their bathrobes and pj's. It's chilly today.
