So when you hear someone say they believe that our President is a citizen, you can say that may very well be. But then ask whether he is a natural born citizen and allow that person to define what this term actually means. After they give you an incoherent response you can present this diagram to them and let them come to the conclusion themselves that the son of a goat herder from Kenya who never became a US citizen married to a girl from Kansas does not produce a child meeting the definition of natural born citizen.
