Jury nullification?
Obama’s flying commercial, now?
Good one.
If you post this man’s name, we could search for other news stories in Google.
Man acquitted. But what do you want to bet he’s still on Big O and Big Sis’s Do Not Fly list? After all, she has to have someone on her little list, after crossing off all the Muslim terrorists.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A trial is under way for a Seattle man who prosecutors said refused to show his identification card to Transportation Security Administration at the Albuquerque International Sunport.
Phil Mocek is also accused of refusing police, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing, prosecutors said.
His attorney showed Mocek’s video that he shot at the Sunport on Nov. 15, 2009, showing him in an argument with a TSA officer.
I do not believe that there is a rule that bars me from using a camera in publicly acceptable areas at the airport, Mocek said.
Mocek also refused to show his ID with his boarding pass to TSA officers, insisting that he has a right not to, prosecutors said.
Prosecutors said Mocek went to the airport with an agenda, but his defense attorney said the case is about videotaping in a public place.
TSA officer Jonathan Breedom said he was starting the secondary screening to verify Mocek’s identity when the man whipped out the camera and disrupted the screening process. Mocek was placed under arrest when officers said he caused a disturbance and refused to obey police.
You can use the camera as long as you’re not interfering with the screening process, Breedom said.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — An Albuquerque jury has acquitted a Seattle man who refused to show his identification to Transportation Security Administration officers at a New Mexico airport.
Phil Mocek was arrested in late 2009 after he wouldn’t show his ID and then used a camera to videotape an altercation with TSA officers at Albuquerque International Sunport.
Mocek was facing several charges, including failure to obey an officer and concealing his identity.
KOB-TV says jurors found Mocek not guilty on all four counts Friday.
