And the only reason a grand jury was on this was that the clinic worker took cellphone pictures. The state needed to be in a position of authority should those pictures go viral on the web.

The solution to that will be similar. Cell phones will be prohibited in the healthcare workplace. It will become a felony to have a cell phone in a healthcare providers office or treatment facility.
