The following link is to an American Statesman aritcle that has a good list of proposed cuts. Now that they have got this out in the public and got various groups stirred up look out for increased fees, new fees, etc. Though they talk about no new taxes I'd not be surprised to see them visit the gasoline tax which hasn't been raised in many years.
