LOL. I picked up a “dude” hitch hiking to Los Angeles. I said “Where you going, Los Angeles.” He looked at me with a blank state. After a few moments I said: “LA?” He relaxed back in his seat and said: “Yeah”.

Old Media and New Media.
That is the best way to describe the media in this political age.
Terms like lame stream media, enemeida etc may be fine for talk shows etc, but will only distract if used to describe the two poles.
Yes, except old and new media refer more to traditional and electronic (digital interactive) media formats, rather than traditional and newer media organizations.
