Interesting that media besides WND actually picking up on this story. SLOWLY it may be starting to dawn on the clueless MSM that they have been had, and they are looking for a way to ease the pretender in chief out of office.

For the average American reading this article, they will see what they want to see. But if they have any intellectual curiousity at all, they will see the article never mentions the BIRTH CERTIFICATE being found, merely that the birth was 'recorded' and they have evidence of that. That is almost a tacit admission that a long form birth certificate does not exist, which probably means the grandparents registered his birth because Barry was not born in a Hawaiian hospital.

Sure; and what did the ORIGINAL LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE say about the Citizenship of his father? U.S. Citizen or not? THAT answer would address the question of “Natural Born U.S. Citizenship”.

I only want to know if his daddy was a US citizen at the time of his birth. If Daddy was not, then he (son) is not a natural born US citizen regardless of whether he was born on the very steps of the White House.

Department of Health director Fukino said she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures," Fukino said.

Fukino said that no state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama's certificate be handled differently from any other.

So the Governor of HI is calling the first lady a liar when she said on more than one occasion that O was born in Kenya. Aunt Tuti is then a liar also because she said O was born in Kenya. I am glad he straitened this out.

The media, and lots of folks right here on FR, do not understand the game that is being played. Obama LOVES the "birther" controversy, and he and his minions will do everything they can to keep it going as long as possible, since it allows him and his surrogates to equate all of his critics to the fringe "birther" movement. Any normal person would have released the original birth certificate years ago and put the whole controversy to rest. He won't do that, not because it doesn't exist, but because his refusal to produce it just stokes the fires. The new Guv is just the latest pawn in the game.

I wish there was equivalent pressure put on to release his school records. That's where the real gold is likely to be mined.
