1984 Language Alert: “Crosshairs” to be replaced by some euphemism. Candidates?
I’ll start: “Perpendicularly organized alignment aid”
"Grumpy rabbits"?
Replace “Crosshairs” with “sights”. Or how about instead of saying that “bill is in my cross hairs”, just saying “I’ve got a bullet with Bill’s name on it.”
Gawd these people are idiots. It’s hard to take them seriously. Has been for a long time, actually.
