Some seem to think the two choices are: burkas or public nudity.
I think there is a solid middle.
You could set basic community standards without destroying freedom. We already have laws against public nudity, and we seem to be coping with those just fine.
I'm not sure the Orthodox Priest has a role to play enforcing his views on non-church members. I wouldn't want Mormons or Baptists, for example, deciding the issue of liquor permits for everyone. He should counsel his flock and grow it if he can.
