Addressing business leaders in Louisiana last week, national political pollster Scott Rasmussen said that the GOPs 2012 nominee will not go to a big-name candidate (i.e. Romney, Palin or Gingrich?), but likely someone lesser known, who has experience on the national stage, the News Star reports.
Rasmussen addressed the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry at their annual meeting last Wednesday, weighing in on the political climate and condemning Washington partisanship saying Both parties have worked together for decades to alienate the people.

Do YOU believe women should be allowed to vote?
I already answered that on the Hunter thread. You can either live with it or not. The thing you grabbed was post 200, which was a RESPONSE to you posting my quotes and lecturing me, not the answer to any question. I am not going to play this game, you can go find it.
I don’t know that the conservative movement would collapse under the weight of yet another Bush. But I do know the GOP would collapse and their would be a new party.
Doing great! Living in Sheriff Joe's domain now. Big improvement over San Francisco and Las Vegas!
So that's a yes, you would vote to repeal it. Would you also vote to repeal black's right to vote?
In sunny Phoenix, eh? Are the topless bars still as good as they used to be?
Nope
Don’t know from first-hand experience, but there sure are a lot of ‘em. :)
I can only surmise you just recently arrived then? LOL
I’m about as white as you can get. And I’d be thrilled to cast a ballot for Herman Cain.
Maybe he can get Keyes as VP and we’ll ride the soul train.
Cain/Keyes.
I stand corrected
Could be Thune.
If you knew me you may not feel that way!
There jus are no perfect candidates are there?
Haley Barbour.
Frontrunners: None of the above.
So far: I like Paul Ryan.
I’ll back any other candidates during the primaries. Like most Conservatives, I won’t work for Huckabee or Mitt or give them money. I may hold my nose and vote for them.
But they can’t win when they turn off the core constituency of the Republican Party: Conservatives. It will be 2008 redux: Who really worked hard for McCain?
Palin is quicker in getting her words out than any politician in the last 50 years, this is a sign she says what she believes! Finally, someone who tells the Truth!
Some people seems to think a woman cant run this country, thats another reason why she needs to be the first woman President!
She would do a lot to hurt the men having sex with men lifestyle, Normal would be back in again! Thats probably the biggest reason that the anti Palin freepers keeping spurring out all the same negatives Reagan lived with, yes, our token liberal democrat Trolls and with their sick lifestyle!
