Actually, I believe there is court precedent that says the government does not HAVE to pay social security benefits.

Theft is not legal, not even if its sanctioned by a bunch of fascists. They take my money, they will have to return it to me,one way or the other.The easy way or the hard way,makes no difference to me. And just how many of us think the same way? About 200 million or so of us.
