They might be demanding that she show up so they can arrest her for fraud. Sal is either:
1) A licensed driver
2) A registered voter
3) A welfare recipient
It doesn’t matter which, the woman needs to go to jail. I’d bet that Sal voted absentee for Obama in 2008.
