This would be the first person to try get out of Jury duty by pretending to be cat. This wouldn’t work for most dogs be we all know they are smarter than many of those on juries. Dogs have an innate ability to tell who the bad guys are.

It's been crazy.
They only answer the phones 2 hours a day but even then, they rarely pick up the phones and often times I get a recording saying they only answer the phones for two hours and to call back during that time. The thing is, that's when I call. Sigh. Our government at work.
