Prosecutors have formally charged a victim of last week's Arizona shooting rampage with threatening a Tucson leader of the Tea Party political movement during the taping of an ABC News town hall-style television program.
James Eric Fuller, 63, who was taking part in the televised forum, was involuntarily committed for psychiatric evaluation on Saturday after he grew agitated, stood up to snap a picture of Tucson Tea Party founder Trent Humphries and shouted, "You're dead," police said.

Ordinarily you do not further victimize the victim of crime, But an exception can be made here;)
>> threatening a Tucson leader of the Tea Party
Reuters got gumption.
Stick him in a padded cell with audio of Palin piped in 24/7.
“Alleged”
It’s only on video.
Of course we know Palin is guilty of the massacre without a doubt. I never heard them say it was alleged.
I’ve read that he was shot in the knee and in the back, but he drove himself to the hospital. That doesn’t sound right. I’m wondering if he didn’t just catch some fragments from a ricochet or something.
The guy is a political agitator. I’m guessing his supposed injuries were self-inflicted.
I bet all his liberal friends found him to be quite normal. They are probably wondering what the fuss is all about.
Not even a bandaid .

I don’t think he self inflicted them, I do think for his age he lost control mentally and decided to take care of his injuries without rational thinking, I think he was in some shock and with any other mental condition even slight it was made worse.
He is 63 and may have a condition like Alzheimer.
It takes awhile for the pain to set in, if ever. It’s not uncommon for people to get shot in a leg or arm muscle and if the bullet passes clean through without hitting any bone, nerve, or major blood vessel...they never suffer from it. At all...short term or long term. Often they don’t even know they were shot. Hollow points are supposed to make sure the target feels it. But they don’t always work.
Can anyone confirm that Fuller was shot by Loughner?
Which hospital did he go to?
What has a hospital said were the nature of his injuries?
Which ER Doctor attended to him?
Are you a Doctor or Nurse?
In an ER?
lol....He’s posing...

Oh No! Not that!
no. why?
I’m 64. Us old codgers are just held together with safety pins and liniment. Everybody knows we just have one foot on Alzheimer’s and the other on a banana peeling. Heh Heh.
. . and we smell like old people, too. Ugh. (I was 50 just a few days ago; that’s how it works.) Now, don’t get your feelings hurt, everybody knows how sensitive you young whipper snappers are!! :o)
that is a good question. There is apparently a photo from the scene that shows him bt I didn’t see it, I remember a comment that it looked like a minor wound.
Yikes. How many cars does someone on disability need? Nice house!
