A survivor of last week's Tucson shootings issued a death threat to a Tea Party member Saturday in the middle of a taping for a town hall meeting to be aired on ABC's "This Week."
For some reason, ABC World News Saturday in its report about the gathering chose to omit the seriousness of the threat and that it was made to a Tea Partier.

I'm sure ABC actually has a lawyer on duty on this one and he's written up one of those wonderful "well, if you do this you could do that, but if you say that, you could risk this" ~ which means, unlike Sheriff Deepsix, ABC's management probably doesn't want to take the risk of this guy NOT being sent to inpatient treatment for a good long while.
Still, they have folks in the news division who imagine they are covering all this up lest they help the TEA Party.
