The kid's are away this weekend which just might be a blessing in disguise.....one has come down with the sniffles, whatever that might be is yet unknown.

The weather is warm and sunny once again although the volcanoes are still snow capped. I took the occassion of warmth to wash my socks.

Paradise ain't what it used to be......but then neither is anyplace else lately.

My cousin in Tn says she saw a robin today and predicts an early spring....but everyone else I spoke with today isn't so optimistic. Four feet of snow in NY and an Aberta Clipper in Michigan tend to dash their hopes.
