PHOENIX -- One of the Arizona shooting victims was arrested Saturday and then taken for a psychiatric evaluation after authorities said he took a picture of a tea party leader at televised town hall meeting and yelled: "you're dead."
James Eric Fuller, 63, objected to something Trent Humphries said during the forum taped for a special edition of ABC's "This Week" with Christiane Amanpour, Pima County sheriff's spokesman Jason Ogan said. Fuller was in the front row and apparently became upset when Humphries suggested that any conversations about gun control should be delayed until all the dead were buried, KGUN-TV in Tucson reported.

Just a thought, that dog doesn’t look really happy. Time to get the “dog whisperer” in to read his mind.
He’s unnecessarily casting a dark shadow over a horrific event. His remarks are despicable. The injured curmudgeon should take a break from politics and focus on his health.

Per KPHO, Fuller’s house being searched.
CBS 5 cameras were rolling when Pima County Sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant on Fuller’s house Saturday night. Officials wouldn’t comment any further on the search, only saying it was standard operating procedure.

I don’t know. Fuller was so full of himself when he spoke about it. He sure wasn’t “protecting” Gabby while he was causing a scene.

At least they are calling him a Democratic activist.
KPHO did not have that quote on the video. Oddly, either right before or after his visit to the scene, he went to Loughner’s house to (1) forgive his parents, or (2) to have Loughner’s parents to forgive him for calling their son an ‘unhinged lunatic’.
