"Acts of monstrous criminality stand on their own," Sarah Palin said. "Especially within hours of a tragedy unfolding, journalists and pundits should not manufacture a blood libel that serves only to incite the very hatred and violence that they purport to condemn. That is reprehensible."
When former Alaska Governor and vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin uttered the above words on Wednesday, the news media and the left -- often difficult to differentiate from one another -- again pounced on her with snippy commentary and accusations that her past pronouncements contributed to the otherwise senseless slaughter in Arizona last Saturday.
"If anything positive can be attributed to the mass shootings by a crazed gunman named Jared Loughner it is the fact that many members of the news media removed their masks and ceased pretending to be unbiased arbiters of truth," said political strategist Mike Baker.
"In my 30 years in politics, I have never seen such lock-stepping hatred for a politician by folks in the media and so-called political activists," Baker said.
Meanwhile, these same Palin-haters gushed over President Barack Obama's speech during a memorial service for the victims killed and wounded by an Arizona madman, Baker pointed out.

I real leader wpuld have come out within the firt 24 hours ans stated implicitly that Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, nor Rush Limbaugh were in any way responsible for the acts of a mad man. (He still hasn’t)
Instead he finally calls the shooting, the act of a madman, then follows the comment by talking about the lack of civil discourse.
His followers are like Pavlov’s dogs and are angrily barking today.
Obama’s Arizona memorial speech fails to mention his complicity
Keep waiting...the guy has blamed everyone else for anything that has ever happened. Never gonna accpet responsibility for anything that does not have a positive outcome.
More from the article...
Obama’s Vitriol
“Perhaps the media need to start investigating the rhetoric emanating from the Obama White House,” said political strategist Mike Baker, who provided this list:
Obama on ACORN supporters: I dont want to quell anger. I think people are right to be angry! Im angry!
Obama to supporters: Hit back...... twice as hard
Obama: They bring a knife we bring a gun.
Obama to His Followers: Get in their faces!
Obama on the private sector: We talk to these folks so I know whose ass to kick.
Obama to voters: Republican victory would mean hand to hand combat
Obama to liberal supporters: Its time to fight for it.
Obama to Latino supporters: Punish your enemies.
Obama to Democrats: Im itching for a fight.
It was one of the few articles out there that did not gush with praise for doing what I consider nothing special of substance a day late and a dollar short...
Obama speaks with forked tongue.
ANYWAY, I have yet to see any that praise the great telepromptered one admit any complicity in the unfounded blood libel attacks that were orchestrated and remain aimed at those political opponents on the right.
The left wants it both ways it would seem -how can they praise the one for uniting what was not divided... The attacks were in reality one sided. NO, Obama does not call for unity, he calls for calm. "Together We Thrive" is propaganda that seeks to redefine vicious attacks by one side into simply a heated difference of opinion legitimately voiced by both sides!
REALLY -looking at the big picture it seems quite evident to me that the President does not call for calm -he calls for one side to shut up and go sit in the back of the bus -the attack upon them was not really an attack -move along...
Obama, most Democrats, a few Republicans, the Press and Liberals are the cause of this shooting and most other bad events that are happening in America.

Thanks for posting.
Check out this barfer from the AP- they’re actually accusing Palin of *accusing journalists* of “inciting violence” now:
“...Obama’s appeal for civility played out against a deepening political debate. Earlier in the day, Republican Sarah Palin...had taken to Facebook to accuse pundits and journalists of using the attack to incite hatred and violence.”

"Man, things are looking up for me. I was down in Nov,
and up in Jan, thanks to one whacked out little twerp."
I get tired of hearing this leftist community organizer call America a Democracy. NO DUMMY its a Republic!
As far as his statement: "I believe we can be better," -I heard this and have read it several times -I think what are you talking about? WE did not kill those people, WE did not incite the tragedy...
Implying political discourse is out of control and tying it into or suggesting it was at the root of the tragedy is a false premise.
There were two despicable acts here with this -one was the shooting, the other was the blood libel; the shooting was perpetrated by an individual, the blood libel by the left. There is no "WE" about either...
