Could Dupnik have been pointing his finger so vigorously in another direction because of his own culpability? Circumstances certainly suggest he was well aware that Loughner was a risk, and apparently did nothing.

I bet he’ll release them under force of subpoena by the victims’ trial lawyers when they sue his sorry ass and his incompetent department for negligent wrongful death and injury.

Normally I hate those slimeball lawyers, but I’m kinda rooting for them right now.

Yep....and the longer Sheriff Clarence Dupnik "digs in", the worse it will be for him.

The bag of excrement has been put out there as we find out more about Loughner....and Rush has said on many occasions that if a bag of excrement is put into the path of any liberal, that liberal will step in it every time.

Sheriff Dupnik's career is over....all that is left for him is the formal resignation.
